Eating an Enchanted golden apple and then touching the cactus makes it damage player infinitely fast but does not hurt the player

Steps to Encounter the bug/glitch

1. Get an Enchanted Golden Apple
2. Find a Cactus or just place one 
3. Eat the Enchanted Golden Apple
4. Now go touch the cactus and you will see the bug
