Door Duplication Glitch in Creative Mode.

In creative mode, if we place a door, then constantly open & close, and then if we suddenly break the door while opening & closing, it falls down as an item.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Play in Creative Mode.
2) Place a door.
3) Constantly open & close the door.
4) Break the door suddenly while opening & closing.

Observed Results:

The door drops as an item even in creative mode.

Expected Results:

The door shouldn't drop as an item in creative mode.
