Is the detect command still a command in the newest version of Minecraft Bedrock Edition?

Im trying to use the execute command and have it so if the selected entity is standing on a block or something a command would execute but I can’t find the execute command the attached image shows the command im trying to execute but won’t work with the message: Syntax error: Unexpected “Detect”:at “at @s run >>detect<< ~_-1 lav”
