New world creation screen doesn't allow template's name to be changed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get any world from the marketplace, free of paid;
2. Download it and use its template when creating the world.

Observed Results:
The new world creation screen does not allow the user to change the world's name, regardless of whether settings are locked or not.

Expected Results:
The name should be customizable.

Notes: The previous world creation screen would allow the user to change the world's name even if the settings were locked, as the name is cosmetic and doesn't affect the game in any meaningful way.
