Not able to change skins when offline

Hello Mojang,

There is a bug on some iOS Devices. (tested on iPhone SE 2016 & iPhone 7s)

Players are not able to import skins or edit them without a Internet connection.

The buttons will be disabled till we connect to the Internet.

Expectation:

Being able to change skins without having to change it manually in the Minecraft folder.

 

Reality:

Can't change my skin.

 

How to reproduce:

1) Turn off any kind of Connection

2) Open Minecraft

3) Go to the skin changing section.

This is not a duplication or a repost. This bug occured after the latest minecraft update.
