Brewing a slowness potion using a speed 2 potion does not work.

You cannot brew a fermented spider eye into a Speed 2 potion, which is inconsistent with other potion types. Using a speed potion that is extended or normal works, and you can invert all other potions using a fermented spider eye. This applies to drinkable, splash, and lingering versions.

 Steps to reproduce:

1: place down a brewing stand, fill the blaze powder spot, and put fermented spider eyes into the ingredient spot.

2: obtain 1 of every type of Swiftness potion available from the creative inventory, and a few other potions that can be inverted for reference.

3: insert each potion individually into the brewing stand. All swiftness 2 potions should not activate the brewing stand, while every other one should, even other level 2 potions.
