Screen stuck on control selection on mobile app

When I try to load any world, new or pre-made, it shows the control selection screen and I can’t select anything or get past it, only the back arrow works. I can’t play the game at all and this needs to be fixed as soon as possible, please. This just happened after the last update and I had this problem today.
