Item duplication with sending a minecart hopper through active/lazy chunks

1. Recreate the machine or download the world save attached
2. Ensure that you the minecarts are under the hopper and fill the bottom dropper with the items to duplicate
3. Pull the green lever and wait a few moments
4. Then pull the blue lever, then exit the world
5. Reload the world
6. Check the droppers for the duped items
