Achievements menu not being synchronized across differents platforms

I got lot of achievements on my switch.

But for some reasons, when i logged up with the same account on my computer, it didn't show them.

Strangely, on the achievements menu on the computer, it says that i unlocked some rewards of the achievements, but less than the one i got on switch. But it don't let me using them anyway on minecraft windows. 

Also, the number of hour on the 2 plateforms are not the same.
