On (general) multiplayer, players have weird walking animations except for the host and the player who is playing

Phone is Turbo X6.
Players do not have normal walking animations except for the host and the player who is playing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a LAN world.
2. When a player joins, watch his/her foot animations when moving.
