Minecraft crashes every time after trying to press change classic skin.

My Minecraft crashes every time after trying to press change classic skin. I have all the updates for windows, graphic drivers and Minecraft up to date and this issue still seems to occur on all of my pcs and laptops. I don't know how to fix this and I have contacted Mojang support multiple times and they don't know how to fix this issue either. This is the point that is gets stuck at and crashes in the picture below.
