I can't connect to the world of my friends

I'm playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition, I can't connect to my friend's world, but my friend can enter the world I created, my XBOX settings are all set, I just want to know what factors will affect my inability to connect to my friend's world. What'swrong with my account?
