Cannot play multiplayer

Hi,

Since yesterday, me and a friend tried to play on a multiplayer game we had during months, and since v1.19.51 we can't play together anymore.

She gets "Timeout request" when she tries to join and when I invite her she does not receive anything.

 

Why can't I play with her now ? She has a subscription to Nintendo Online and I have a premium version a Minecraft Bedrock.

 

Could you help me please ? That is two days without playing together and trying during hours, literally...
