Download issue though enough free storage space

Dear sir or madam from the support,

after buying a texture pack on my mobile phone, where I use the same minecraft account as on my playstation 4, I could not download the texture pack on my playstation 4. I have the possibility to download it and it also is inside my texture pack galery but minecraft tells me that it can not be downloaded due to missing free storage space. Due to that I deleted a game, many pictures and videos and also saved game data although it was probably not even necessary. I have now 159.4 GB free storage space but minecraft still does not want to download the 9 MB texture pack on my playstation 4 and instead it tells me I would not have enough free storage space. On my mobile phone, where I bought it for the amount of minecoins, the download worked. But I would rather like to use it on my main system, the playstation 4. I already made the experience earlier that the data from the purchase are transmitted to the other platforms, so I bought it on my phone where I had unused minecoins left. Since I do not know the reason for this download problem I am asking you for explanation because even the possibility to buy the texture pack on the playstation 4 was removed after the purchase. I now can only download the texture pack but minecraft does not let me download it.

I hope the problem can be solved quick and easy with your help so I do not give you too much to work on. If you need any data like my name on xbox or playstation just tell me.
