Crossbow Nintendo switch

Hi My son (10 year old ) can't log in his microsoft account on switch. Error code : Crossbow. 

I tried to connect his microsoft account with but it seems not working. 

Please give us some advice how to fix it. 

He wants to play on the server on Christmas day,
