Can’t Choose the gameplay.

So I tried everything and even went to videos setting menu but that doesn’t work.(tried my phone’s configuration too)

I can’t play with the gameplay that I want. I always have to choose with joystick gameplay.(it’s very difficult to play on a tiny screen). 
I changed the render distance of the menu and even my phone’s configuration but it doesn’t work. I can’t play.

Help.
