Inventory bug when accessing Chest

Whenever I open my chest to grab something, I'll tap on the item that I need and the first item in my inventory will select itself and start to move around. Sometimes when I grab something it'll move out of the box but it won't go into my inventory either. It looks like I'm dragging it around but I'm not. I'm on version 1.19.60 but it won't let me select that in the "affect version" list.
