Replace World in realms is not working

So me and my friends are working on creating a new realm for people to play on & have fun But we've pre made the made in a normal created world and now i'm trying to upload it to a realm with the replace world feature and it doesn't seem to wanna load and work, it always pops up with "An error occurred",

ive tried logging out and logging back into my account ive tried closing and opening it and nothing has worked so far

So its pretty much the replace world feature that isn't working at all and keeps popping up with error occurred

I made a ticket before and they said it was fixed but it wasn't
