Achievements Will not Unlock

I have been trying to unlock certain achievements on the bedrock edition of Minecraft. However no matter what I do they will not unlock. I uninstalled and reinstalled the following,

Minecraft Windows 10 edition.

Minecraft Launcher

Xbox app.

Xbox game bar.

Xbox companion. 

 

I also did a full restart on the Windows Store. As well as ran a variety of command prompts. 

 

I downloaded a map called achievement world to test it out and still achievements would not unlock. I then got a friend from Xbox to join me and test this world and the achievements unlocked for him on Xbox. Then I got him on his PC (he has windows 10) got him to download the world and test it. Achievements unlocked for him again but when I joined his version of achievement world which is the same as mine still no achievements would unlock. 

 

I have tried every method that I know to trouble shoot even putting the launcher into Windows 7 compatibility mode and still can not get achievements to unlock.

 

Included are my computer specs. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help with this matter.

 

I even tested it by downloading another game called "Among Us" played a around and unlocked two achievements in that game with no issues or delays.
