Structure Block's height can't be adjusted

All of a sudden, I can't change a structure block's height.

The Y coordinate box thingy can't be edited. I'm not sure why Mojang have let this happen, and something tells me they did it on purpose, since the Y box is smaller than the others. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
