Weighted pressure plates sounds still do not match java after parity changes

Summary:
Weighted pressure plates use activation/deactivation sounds similar to dropper/dispenser, instead of their own sounds like in Java.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate the "Next Major Update" toggle to get new sounds.
2. Place the weighted pressure plates.
3. Activate/deactivate them (listen to the sound).

Observed results:
The sound of activation/deactivation weighted pressure plates is similar to the sound of dropper/dispenser.

Expected results:
The sound of activation/deactivation weighted pressure plates is the same as in a Java.
