(Bedrock Parity) Wither skeletons cannot pick up shields

Monsters like zombies and skeletons pick up stronger weapons and armor, but also shields. This also includes wither skeletons. In Bedrock edition, wither skeletons pick up stronger swords and armor, but they won’t pick up shields like the other monsters.
