My Screen Keeps Glitching

Ever time I turn my camera my screen glitches. It does it more critically whenever I am between two blocks. The pixels on the screen start to chug I am using a iPad Mini 6 so performance is not a problem. It happens most between two blocks so during my mining it is horrible! Please fix this issue! I know for sure this is only in Minecraft. Elise it doesn’t happen in any other game!
