Will not give me the achievement for super sonic or so I got that going for me

I've successfully completed both of the achievements listed in the title and it refuses to give me credit for them. No other achievements I've had this issue with so far. I've seen YouTube videos of them being completed. I know for certain that what I've done qualifies as the achievement. The game refuses to give me them though.
