Structure Block Y-axis isn’t clickable

It’s like the Y-Axis doesn’t exist because every time I tried to move up or down from the X-Axis and the Z-Axis it passes the Y-Axis and the same thing with Offset & Load Mode.. it will not let me edit the Y-Axis at all.. I restarted the game and try the structure block on other worlds and still the same issue is happening.
