World Corrupted and won't sync.

Once I updated Minecraft on my Xbox series X to the caves and cliffs update my world slightly corrupted and now that I have come back to Minecraft all of my worlds have corrupted and I have lot all progress on my backups and mains. I was told to delete my local data and check again to see if it would update but this made it worse. Each time I try to sync it either loads forever or gives me a error

 

Update: I have just come back after leaving it for a few days and a few of my worlds have come back but my biggest world is still not there.
