We cannot scroll items up or down after searching "Red" in Creative Mode

Scrolling up or down is impossible after searching "Red" in the All tab of the Creative Menu.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Play Minecraft in Creative Mode.
2) Open the inventory.
3) Open the All in Creative Menu.
4) Search the word, "Red".

Observed Results:

We cannot scroll the items up and down.

Expected results:

We should be able to scroll the items up and down.
