I still don't have the Create New World UI Update

My Minecraft Account still doesn't have the Create New World UI Update. This is in version 1.19.50 . It came in a past Bedrock Update and I had it but I lost it. It gave me back the old UI. I have been trying to fix this problem in anyway I could but none of my tries worked.
