Axolotls do not spawn naturally at theirs native bioms

Axolotls do not spawn in their native biomes at realms and private worlds at Bedrock edition. 3 seeds were checked, according to /locate biome, there is a biome, clay and water are there, but no axolotls.

You can only spawn them in creative mode, using an egg or a bucket. This is the most important mob of this biome, for the sake of which many are looking for this biome.
