Structure block "Y" Size and "Y" offset inacessable after update

With the latest update the Y size and Y offset menu items get skipped over while in the structure block menu making them in accessible. Y size is pegged at 5 and Y offset -1.

I am playing using a pro controller over the TV in console mode. I never tested if I could still choose the Y size and Y offset when undocked using the touch screen of the switch.
