I cannot swim through a 1 square gap.

I've been able to swim through a 1 square gap filled with water so far.
However, recently it is no longer possible to swim through a gap of 1 square.
I can't pass because I'm caught in something.
I would like this phenomenon to be rectified as soon as possible.
