My PURCHASED packs are unplayable

When I try to create a world form a world template (Pack), it has the "Update" option on it, and when I click it, the drop-down menu comes up telling me it will download, but when I clock "Ok", the menu just disappears, and it never downloads, so I am unable to play pack I PURCHASED.
