Map does not load

I played in this map and went through a nether portal, arrived in the nether a piglin followed me, after I saw this I went back through the portal. In the upper world I walked around a bit and then climbed back into the nether portal. The Piglin killed me while I spawned in the nether. After that, I lay in the portal and nothing happened. couldn't even press respawn. After that, I restarted Minecraft and from then on the world hangs in the infinite loading screen.
