Constant ps4 lag

I have a lot of performance issues on my ps4 version of minecraft.

1:game running on 15 to 20 fps everytime i'm near 20 mobs or more.

2:chunks not loading.

3:inventory tab being brocken.

4:game freezing all the time.

This were just some of my issues, i really hope you do something about these bugs because the game is unplayable.
