Multiplayer not working anymore

So one day I logged into Minecraft and tried to join my friends world but on my screen it says that I need to check my Microsoft account because "I don't have Xbox live" which uh I do and it keeps saying that I don't and I've tired multiple times to fix it and nothing is working so idk what to do at this point.
