Cannot equip skins from marketplace/store

I cannot equip a free skin through the store or marketplace, when I try to equip it, it shows the message that the skin has already been equipped, but when I try to check the skin, the skin isn't equipped, or in other words, the skin was un-equip-able.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Dressing Room and create a Classic Skin
2. Click on the "Get More Skins" button
3. Find and click on any skin pack in the Marketplace
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the "Equip" button on the skin
5. Go back to the Dressing Room

Observed Results:
The skin isn't equipped, which makes it impossible to equip free skins.

Expected Results:
The skin should be equipped.
