i can't add friends anymore on my minecraft account why?

i think it happened when i kept add friends random people on servers,is there's something to solve this problem? i try all version and still didn't work..... even on xbox app when trying to add soemone it saying "try again in a bit. something went wrong", i think the more you adding people to your friendlist the more you got lag.
