Unable to download Music Pack from Marketplace

I am unable to download the Music Pack from the Marketplace. Whenever I try to download the music pack, it fails to download. I don’t have any VPNs, Antiviruses or Settings that block me to download the Music Pack from the marketplace. I have an iPad 8 and it is on iOS 16.1. I have a working internet whilst trying to download the Music Pack from the Marketplace. 

How to reproduce:

Tested on iOS.

1. Download the Music Pack from the Marketplace.
2. Somewhere when it is downloading, it would fail to download and redirect you to the marketplace menu.
