Piglin Head will swing its ears in the inventory when there is already a piglin head activated by redstone in player's view

The piglin head in the inventory will also swing its ears when there is already a piglin head activated by redstone in player's view.

Specials: 

1. When the player moves its view away, the head in the inventory stops swinging. The head only swings when it is within player's sight.
2.  It only occurs when the player selects an item other than the piglin head in the mainhand, and there must be at least one activated head in the world.
