Fishing rod bobber is "heavy"

When the fishing rod is cast the bobber acts as if it is "heavy" falling faster to the ground when it should fall slowly

Steps to recreate

1. Get a fishing rod
2. Cast the fishing rod in the air
3. Watch the bobber as it quickly descends back down
