Game crashes when opening pause menu while teleporting

the game crashes if you frame perfect open the pause menu while teleporting with a command block i did this because i wanted to inv some friends over to my world and jumped on a pressure plate that teleports you and the game crashed due to "error" (This is very rare and has only happened once not urgent)
