Torch Geometry does not work the same for all torch textures

It seems the way textures interact with base torches doesn't work the same for all torches. The base torch geometry is outdated compared to the Redstone and soul torches. Other torch geometries allow for textures to exceed the face and base torches should be able to do that too.
