Zombies burn while it's raining during the day

Zombies burn up while it's raining during the day. Fire on Zombies should be extinguished by the rain keeping them alive longer. Unconfirmed to affect skeletons since the rain stopped by the time I could do so. Someone confirm that this also affects other mobs besides zombies.
