Character Creation and Dressing Room not working

Up until today, I have been able to access all of my skins on the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft. When I logged onto the game today, I can't access any of my skins as the edit character option is greyed out. This is same with the marketplace. I am using the same account that I have always used for Minecraft.
