Remote players receive message, "Unable to connect to world"

This version prevents players from connecting remotely (Android version) to my bedrock server running on Windows 10, from the WAN. Players inside my LAN can connect easily. Players connecting remotely receive the message, "Unable to connect to world".

The host operating system does not have an active firewall.

Reverting to bedrock version 1.19.40.02 resolves the issue immediately.
