Text in book and quill is difficult to read when signing the book and quill in the Plastic Texture Pack

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world with the Plastic Texture Pack enabled
2. Open a book and quill
3. Press the "Sign" button
4. Look at the text in the book and quill

Observed Results:
The text is difficult to read due to the color it uses.

Expected Results;
The text should use a color that is easy to read.
