Clouds bug in the water after height 183.

As in the title, the clouds kind of bug when you're underwater at height 183, proof of the bug is in the video, the cloud was normal when I was at height 182, but after I went up to 183, the clouds bugged, and got a weird texture, this bug occurred after 1.19.41.
