Internet shuts down when using RTX world

I have created an RTX world using NVIDIA pack. Whenever I open the world, my internet connection instantly shuts down. As soon as I close Minecraft, it switches back on. I am wanting to play this creative world with my friend online. I have checked for updates, done all my personal internet checks and all is apparently fine.
