Worlds do not sync or open after update

Since the update my worlds were not syncing with the cloud but since the 1.19.40 hot fix all my worlds are grey and I cannot open then. I get a message saying they are syncing but this fails. It’s happening on all my saved worlds regardless of any mods. Nothing has changed since the 1.19.41 hot fix
