addons not working in 1.19.40

i have a world in creative mode were i am building an airport and i use the worldedit addon and since minecraft has updates from version 1.19.30 to 1.19.40 the addons don't work anymore. the worldedit addon is for 1.19+ so should work in 1.19.40 ass well but doesn't.

 

 please fix this i dont want to do all the building again.

i dropped the file with a copy of the world down below
